Sergio Castillo is a final year student at the University of Liege in Computer Science. His master's thesis investigated GANs for language generation supervised by Ashwin Ittoo, with whom he collaborated on various other industry-sponsored projects, including CGI and DG FISMA (European Commission). He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and is interested in NLP and Computer Vision.

Philippe Mack est diplômé ingénieur civil électromécanicien de l’Université de Liège. Il commence sa carrière comme ingénieur de recherches à l'Université de Liège et y développe des solutions d'IA pour l'aide à la conduite et à la planification des réseaux de transports d'énergie électrique.  

En 2002 il fonde la société PEPITE SA avec pour objectif de développer des solutions commerciales d'IA spécifiquement destinées à l'industrie manufacturière. 

PEPITe emploie aujourd'hui une 15aine de collaborateurs. Les solutions DATAmaestro® développées par l'entreprise sont aujourd'hui utilisées par des industriels du monde entier.
